Quality, food safety, and customer service are top priorities throughout all areas of our operations. We take a proactive approach to ensure adherence to strict industry best practices throughout the growing process, in our field operations, and in the handling and delivery of our berries to our customers. All our strawberries are harvested at peak ripeness and carefully picked, sorted and place-packed by hand in the field. The full trays are then rushed to a modern up-to-date cooling and shipping facility where fans draw out field temperatures and cool our berries at an even rate to 34°F. Once cooled, our berries are ready for shipping and are loaded on to refrigerated trucks within 24 hours for delivery to supermarkets and food service providers, and ultimately to the consumer fresh from the field.
